CHI BỘ TRƯỜNG THCS LƯƠNG THẾ VINH TỔ CHỨC HỘI NGHỊ TỔNG KẾT CÔNG TÁC ĐẢNG NĂM 2025 VÀ TRIỂN KHAI PHƯƠNG HƯỚNG, NHIỆM VỤ NĂM 2026

Chiều ngày 05/01/2026, Chi bộ Trường THCS Lương Thế Vinh đã long trọng tổ chức Hội nghị tổng kết công tác Đảng năm 2025 và triển khai phương hướng, nhiệm vụ năm 2026. Hội nghị diễn ra trong không khí nghiêm túc, dân chủ và trách nhiệm, với sự tham dự đầy đủ của toàn thể đảng viên trong Chi bộ.

Tại hội nghị, đồng chí Lương Thị Kiều Loan – Phó Bí thư Chi bộ đã trình bày Báo cáo tổng kết công tác Đảng năm 2025, trong đó đánh giá toàn diện kết quả đạt được trên các mặt công tác: giáo dục chính trị, tư tưởng; xây dựng tổ chức Đảng; lãnh đạo thực hiện nhiệm vụ chuyên môn; công tác kiểm tra, giám sát và phát triển đảng viên. Trong năm 2025, Chi bộ đã phát huy tốt vai trò hạt nhân lãnh đạo, chỉ đạo nhà trường hoàn thành các nhiệm vụ chính trị và chuyên môn, góp phần nâng cao chất lượng giáo dục và xây dựng tập thể nhà trường đoàn kết, vững mạnh. Bên cạnh những kết quả đạt được, báo cáo cũng thẳng thắn chỉ ra một số tồn tại, hạn chế, nguyên nhân và bài học kinh nghiệm, làm cơ sở để Chi bộ tiếp tục đổi mới phương thức lãnh đạo, nâng cao chất lượng sinh hoạt chi bộ trong thời gian tới.

Tiếp đó, đồng chí Lương Thị Kiều Loan – Phó Bí thư Chi bộ đã triển khai phương hướng, nhiệm vụ công tác Đảng năm 2026, tập trung vào các nội dung trọng tâm như: tiếp tục đẩy mạnh học tập và làm theo tư tưởng, đạo đức, phong cách Hồ Chí Minh; tăng cường công tác xây dựng Đảng về chính trị, tư tưởng, tổ chức và đạo đức; nâng cao chất lượng đội ngũ cán bộ, đảng viên; lãnh đạo thực hiện hiệu quả nhiệm vụ năm học và các phong trào thi đua của nhà trường.

Tại hội nghị, các tổ đảng trực thuộc Chi bộ đã trình bày nhiều tham luận thiết thực và có chiều sâu. Trong đó, Tổ đảng Tổ Khoa học Tự nhiên tập trung vào công tác lãnh đạo của Chi bộ trong việc nâng cao chất lượng giáo dục mũi nhọn, đáp ứng yêu cầu đổi mới giáo dục và duy trì vị thế trường trọng điểm trong điều kiện thực hiện chính quyền địa phương hai cấp. Tổ đảng Tổ Khoa học Xã hội làm rõ vai trò lãnh đạo của Chi bộ trong công tác kiểm tra, giám sát và chỉ đạo các tổ chức đoàn thể, góp phần tăng cường kỷ cương, nền nếp và phát huy sức mạnh tập thể trong nhà trường. Tổ đảng Tổ Văn phòng đề cập đến công tác lãnh đạo của Chi bộ trong việc tăng cường cơ sở vật chất, sử dụng hiệu quả các nguồn lực nhằm duy trì trường đạt chuẩn quốc gia mức độ 2. Các tham luận đã góp phần làm rõ nhiều giải pháp quan trọng, nhận được sự thống nhất và đánh giá cao của hội nghị.

Tại hội nghị, Chi bộ Trường THCS Lương Thế Vinh cũng đã biểu dương, khen thưởng 03 đồng chí đảng viên hoàn thành xuất sắc nhiệm vụ và 09 đồng chí đảng viên tiêu biểu trong năm 2025, ghi nhận những đóng góp tích cực của các đảng viên trong việc thực hiện nhiệm vụ chính trị, chuyên môn và xây dựng tổ chức Đảng vững mạnh.

Hội nghị tổng kết công tác Đảng năm 2025 và triển khai nhiệm vụ năm 2026 của Chi bộ Trường THCS Lương Thế Vinh đã diễn ra thành công tốt đẹp, tạo động lực để toàn thể cán bộ, đảng viên tiếp tục đoàn kết, nỗ lực, phát huy vai trò tiên phong, gương mẫu, góp phần xây dựng Chi bộ trong sạch, vững mạnh.

On the afternoon of January 5, 2026, the Party Cell of Luong The Vinh Lower Secondary School solemnly held a conference to review Party work in 2025 and to outline directions and tasks for 2026. The conference took place in a serious, democratic, and responsible atmosphere, with the full participation of all Party members of the Party Cell.

At the conference, Comrade Luong Thi Kieu Loan, Deputy Secretary of the Party Cell, presented the Report on the Review of Party Work in 2025. The report comprehensively assessed achievements across key areas, including political and ideological education; Party organization building; leadership in carrying out professional duties; inspection and supervision work; and Party member development. In 2025, the Party Cell effectively promoted its role as the core leadership force, guiding the school to successfully fulfill its political and professional tasks, thereby contributing to improved educational quality and the building of a united and strong school community. In addition to the achievements, the report also frankly identified existing shortcomings and limitations, analyzed their causes, and drew lessons learned, providing a basis for the Party Cell to continue renewing its leadership methods and improving the quality of Party Cell activities in the coming period.

Following this, Comrade Luong Thi Kieu Loan, Deputy Secretary of the Party Cell, presented the directions and tasks for Party work in 2026, focusing on key priorities such as continuing to promote the study and following of Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality, and style; strengthening Party building in terms of politics, ideology, organization, and ethics; improving the quality of cadres and Party members; and effectively leading the implementation of the school year’s tasks and the school’s emulation movements.

At the conference, Party groups under the Party Cell presented a number of practical and in-depth presentations. The Party Group of the Natural Sciences Department focused on the Party Cell’s leadership in improving the quality of high-achievement education, meeting the requirements of educational reform, and maintaining the school’s position as a key institution in the context of implementing a two-tier local government system. The Party Group of the Social Sciences Department clarified the Party Cell’s leadership role in inspection and supervision as well as in directing mass organizations, thereby strengthening discipline and order and promoting collective strength within the school. The Party Group of the Administrative Office addressed the Party Cell’s leadership in strengthening facilities and effectively utilizing resources to maintain the school’s status as a National Standard School at Level 2. These presentations helped clarify many important solutions and received strong consensus and high appreciation from the conference.

At the conference, the Party Cell of Luong The Vinh Lower Secondary School also commended and rewarded three Party members who excellently fulfilled their duties and nine outstanding Party members in 2025, recognizing their positive contributions to the performance of political and professional tasks and to building a strong Party organization.

The Conference reviewing Party work in 2025 and deploying tasks for 2026 of the Party Cell of Luong The Vinh Lower Secondary School was successfully held, creating strong motivation for all cadres and Party members to continue to unite, strive, and promote their pioneering and exemplary roles, contributing to the building of a clean, strong, and resilient Party Cell.
